Fast & Fresh - Two Cheeses
The quick and easy way to get a taste of fresh milk cheese. In this demonstration style class, we make two fast and fresh cheeses using our grade”A” raw goat milk.
Your choice of two: Mozzarella, Queso Fresco, Whole Milk Ricotta or Curried Paneer. Samples of other cheeses I may have on hand and delicious and easy to follow recipes included.
2 hours $45 per person / 4 person minimum
3 Cheeses in 3 Hours
Here our focus is cheese, cheese, and more cheese. In this demonstration style class, we will gather in the farmhouse kitchen where you will learn to make three easy cheeses using our fresh grade “A” goat milk. Favorites often include Feta, Mozzarella and whole milk ricotta. also offer tips on using the remaining whey in fun and resourceful ways. Bring your appetite, because we consume all we make in this class!. Recipes are included with your participation.

Lets Get Cultured
Making Kefir, Yogurt & Kombucha. You’ve been buying it at the local store for years, you’ve read all the health info that encourages you to add probiotics to your daily diet for gut health, you are ready to take the next step.
In this class we will teach you how to make your own milk kefir, yogurt, and kombucha. We will cover the basics of what each product is, the common benefits, and the basic how to’s. Bring your notepad, and bring a friend. Class includes a starter jar with grains or scoby and easy directions to take home.
2 hours $40 per person / 2 person minimum
Fromage & Ferment
In this combo class you will learn to make a simple goats milk cheese (fromage). Then we will dive in and make a batch of kombucha (ferment). We will cover the basics of what each product is, the common benefits, and the basic how to’s. And of course we will sample all that we make!
Class includes a starter jar of kombucha as well as recipes for other fresh cheeses and flavored kombucha drinks.

Workshops
Soap It Up
This is a hands-on class in basic cold process soap making using our own goat’s milk and natural oils & herbs to create beautiful, skin nourishing homemade soaps. Take the bar you make home along with a premade bar (to use while you wait for yours to cure) plus your personal soap recipe and instructions.
2 hours $35 per person
Take home a reusable silicone soap mold and 6 fresh soaps you make for $60
Goat Keeping 101
Come spend a good part of your day on the farm with us as you learn the basics of goat care. We show and tell what we’ve experienced in our 20 years of goat ownership. Learn about the different breeds of dairy goats, housing, fencing, nutrition, goat health & management, hoof care, vaccines, disbudding, breeding/kidding and the ins and outs of operating a small Grade “A” dairy.
This is a hands on experience.
We offer this more intensive class to individuals and very small groups to equip you to be a successful shepherd to your own flock.
Bring your questions, spend one on one time with the owner/operators, and come away with answers and some helpful resources.
4-6 hours $100 per person.
