Jeremiah Farm & Goat Dairy
Jeremiah Farm & Goat Dairy
Jeremiah Farm is a family farm and Grade A raw milk goat dairy. We have a small herd of dairy goats, a flock of laying hens, a few meat rabbits, and large vegetable and herb gardens.
One of our goals at Jeremiah Farm is to provide an opportunity for children (and adults) to taste and see where their food comes from. We enjoy having families and small groups tour our gardens and visit our animals by appointment. We offer hands-on educational opportunities in home dairy operation including hand milking, cheese making, egg gathering, gardening, herbs (medicinal and culinary) as well as cooking/preserving foods seasonally.
Our animals are raised on fresh browse, chemical free pasture & grains and natural woodlands. We do not use hormones or medicated products in our milking does, so our raw milk is very pure and natural.
Jeremiah Farm is located on 12 lush acres on the west side of Johns Island. Nestled in the midst of the former Back Pen Plantation, we are only 20 minutes from downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
